Porwal’s Kitchen offers a variety of catering services, including but not limited to:

- Customized Catering Packages
All services are subject to availability and confirmed through mutual agreement.
3. Booking & Payments
- Bookings must be confirmed in advance with a deposit or advance payment (as discussed during consultation).
- The full payment must be made before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other modes as accepted by Porwal’s Kitchen.
- Cancellation charges may apply if the booking is cancelled after confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may qualify for a partial refund (after deducting any advance expenses).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Porwal’s Kitchen.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, the customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue, and guest count.
- Ensure timely access to the venue for setup and service.
- Comply with all local laws and venue rules during the event.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, menus, and text, is the property of Porwal’s Kitchen and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Porwal’s Kitchen is not responsible for:
- Any damage caused due to delays, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Losses incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Any allergic reactions unless prior notice of food allergies was shared during booking.
8. Changes to Services or Terms
Porwal’s Kitchen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its website or services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates implies your agreement to the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
